Position: 100% Remote Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) (100% remote) Location:100% Remote Duration:6+ Month Job description: Responsibilities The successful candidates will support our federal clients with modernization and consolidation of legacy case management systems using the Pega Platform. Lead a team of Systems/Sr Systems Architects and Business Architects, directing the work of employees assigned to the program from various groups. Act as primary customer contact for assigned team(s). Guide and teach junior team members to become proficient in Pega best practices as well as Pega Case Management application development. Migrate the functionality of dozens of legacy case management systems into a COTS Enterprise Case Management (ECM) Solution Integration System (SIS) (Pega) capable of supporting issue-resolution across a large enterprise. Support the configuration, reliability, and availability of the Pega Platform in customer hosted environments. Modify or develop new workflow configurations to maximize production and operating efficiency. Required Skills and Experience Bachelors degree with 15+ years of experience in I.T., computer science, or related field. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification required.
