"data engineer" title but looking for data and reporting analyst. someone who has experience working with data, (excel, SQL queries, powerBI), multiple sources of data. potentially data models, calculations and data transfers. reports that go to senior leaders and CTO. working with Varun & program delivery. team is responsible for effective delivery of projects. tracking how work is progressing from start to finish. try to drill down and build reporting for scrum masters, delivery managers and help them drive delivery. primarily work with powerBI Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or another relevant quantitative field preferred. Track record of previous experience with creating and developing BI dashboards, excel reports, working with and developing data models. Power BI and SQL, Microsoft Excel experience are a prerequisite. Direct experience communicating with stakeholders, delivering projects end-to-end, and working collaboratively to drive improvement in the overall analytical support of operations worldwide. Must be comfortable working in group and individual settings. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) Successful candidates will also have familiarity and/or experience with some or all the following: SAS, R, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire or other database interface tools and languages. Experience working with REST APIs, Postman will be beneficial. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or another relevant quantitative field. Previous experience in reporting and analytics roles. Previous experience in a Program Management or Program Delivery Organization. Previous experience and understanding of Agile Delivery Frameworks. Responsibilities: Create accountability tools such as scorecards and performance reviews that focus on KPIs that monitor and drive delivery. Create insightful executive-level and frontline dashboards using data visualization tools. Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models, and project development. Develop and improve automated reports and analyses to support senior divisional leaders and business units. Understand drivers of the KPIs through various analyses and work closely with the business team to create solutions. Present findings to business leadership. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Have a team first attitude with the success of our team and business partners as their top priority. Be intellectually curious, ask questions and speak up when they have an idea. Be "Do-ers " and are not afraid of failure, but instead learn from each experience and improve.
