Role: SAP Hana Embedded Analytics Location: Indianapolis, IN Duration: Contract Visa: H1B Only Role Description: Position Overview: We are in search of an exceptional SAP HANA Embedded Analytics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing embedded analytics solutions within the SAP HANA environment. If you're passionate about leveraging data insights to drive business decisions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, then this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement embedded analytics solutions within the SAP HANA platform to meet business requirements and drive strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights and reports. Develop data models, data flows, and data transformations using SAP HANA modeling tools such as Calculation Views, Analytic Views, and Attribute Views. Configure and optimize SAP HANA Live content and virtual data models to provide real-time access to operational data for analytical purposes. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP BusinessObjects tools or other compatible reporting tools. Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams on SAP HANA Embedded Analytics best practices, methodologies, and tools. Perform data analysis, profiling, and cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with SAP BASIS and infrastructure teams to optimize SAP HANA performance, scalability, and reliability. Stay current with the latest trends, updates, and advancements in SAP HANA Embedded Analytics technology, and assess their potential impact on the organization's analytics strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA development, with a focus on embedded analytics. Proficiency in SAP HANA modeling tools, such as SAP HANA Studio, SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA, and SAP HANA Cockpit. Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data provisioning techniques, and optimization strategies. Experience with SAP BusinessObjects or other compatible reporting and visualization tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. SAP HANA certification is a plus.
