Responsibilities: Lead the migration process from on-premises Jira to Jira Cloud, ensuring all data is transferred accurately and securely. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand specific requirements and tailor the migration plan accordingly. Configure Jira Cloud to mirror existing workflows and ensure compatibility with organizational needs. Troubleshoot any migration issues or discrepancies to minimize disruptions to business operations. Provide guidance and support to internal teams during the transition period, including training sessions and documentation. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders to provide regular updates on progress and address any concerns. Requirements: Proven experience with migrating Jira instances from on-premises to cloud-based environments. In-depth knowledge of Jira administration and configuration, with a focus on workflow management. Familiarity with data migration best practices, including handling large volumes of data and maintaining data integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
