We are currently seeking an HCM Functional Process Lead, to join our business systems implementation CORE project team. Candidate experience and related skillsets include strong experience with an HCM SaaS ERP implementation and an understanding of the following areas: HCM, Compensation Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, Benefits Management, Employee Self-Service, and Reporting. Responsibilities: The HCM Functional Process Lead will be responsible to: Develop and configure functional and cross-functional requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for assigned Workday HCM modules and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to find and align with cross-functional dependencies. Advocate for best business solutions and drive successful process implementation with SI (System Integrator) Develop and execute test strategies: Partner with the SI to co-develop comprehensive test scenarios and scripts for assigned functionalities. Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure functionality, data integrity, and system performance. Analyze and interpret test results, to find and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Support project success: Help the project support team with researching and resolving validation anomalies related to assigned functionalities. Proactively find and mitigate potential risks and issues that could affect the system functionality, processes, project timeline or budget. Serve as the functional point of contact to: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, S.I. partners, and other project team members. Communicate effectively about the unique functional requirements, timelines, and expectations. Offer insightful guidance and recommendations based on deep HCM ability. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Management, Business, Organizational Development or Human Resources. A deep understanding of core HCM functions including: Compensation management, talent management, recruiting, absence management, benefits management, employee self-service, and reporting is essential. Have experience in driving process improvement initiatives in a team environment. Possess experience with ERP system implementation, specifically in the HCM domain. Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are crucial for success in this role. Healthcare experience is required. Workday experience is required.
