DL OR State ID should be from TX Only We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing them, and translating them into clear and concise user stories for our development team. Your strong understanding of the entire solution stack, from UI to backend, will be crucial for ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, product managers, developers) to understand business needs and translate them into functional/technical requirements. Analyze requirements, identify potential issues and dependencies, and propose solutions. Document user stories using a standardized format (e.g., user persona, acceptance criteria). Work closely with developers to ensure user stories are clear, concise, and testable. Participate in technical discussions and provide input on solution design. Create and maintain technical documentation (e.g., process flows, data models). Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for business analysis and user story writing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Experience working in an Agile development environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. AWS Associate Certification (a plus). Solid understanding of various solution architecture components (UI/UX, front-end, back-end, databases).
