Understanding of medium to high complexity Capital Market service. Account Reconciliation: Perform daily, monthly, and periodic reconciliations of various accounts, including bank accounts, investment portfolios, and client transactions. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly, ensuring alignment between internal records and external statements. Transaction Verification: Verify trade settlements, cash flows, and investment transactions. Collaborate with portfolio managers, custodians, and brokers to reconcile discrepancies. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify anomalies, missing entries, or inaccuracies. Utilize reconciliation tools and software to streamline processes. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reconciliation reports for management and regulatory purposes. Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliation processes and outcomes. Familiarity with reconciliation software, databases, and financial systems. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
