Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong capacity to operate under a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Proficient in MS Office and other computer software Key Skills Required: Responsible for 'day-to-day' processes of standard activities Investigate and close on all outstanding high value trade breaks. Managing the day-to-day activities and to solve or escalate the key issue which will affect the performance of operations. Driving SLA, Productivity, Quality, Utilization and performance of the agents in the team, Conduct regular team meetings and communicate goals and objectives weekly to direct reports Record and maintain client documentation keeping accurate records of discussions expectations, commitments and deliverables.
