Develop high-level design and initial estimates for upcoming initiatives. Perform impact analysis on product engineering, anticipating potential bottlenecks, and proposing solutions. Conduct cost analysis for building and operating modules, optimizing for efficiency and scalability. Evaluate alternative designs and frameworks, considering scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business needs. Identify and implement enablers to enhance engineering velocity, including tools, processes, and best practices. Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline development workflows and remove obstacles to productivity. Lead the creation of proof of concepts (POCs) to validate the feasibility of technical solutions. Develop bootstraps to accelerate the on boarding of engineering teams onto new projects, ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.
