You will be investigating the current practices and researching/implementing possible software solutions. Currently, there is a lot of manual data, and were seeking someone to drive continuous improvement to ensure more efficient transparency between project teams. Required Skills and Experience: 3-5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Software Developer (expertise in developing dashboards and visualization applications with Power BI) Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft applications Power BI, Smartsheet, OneDrive, etc. Comfortable learning homegrown Project Management tools and software Digitizing manual data Converting spreadsheets into databases with actionable data Providing transparency to project teams Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements Testing and deploying programs and applications Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects Best Regards Md.
