| Title: Business Analyst Location: Orlando, FL (onsite) Local Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US) Earliest Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension(s) Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Mid. Must-have skills: BA, data modeling exp, process flow diagramming techniques, Education exp Requirements: Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Orlando, FL (required); Relevant technical or business work experience (5-8 years); Experience working with Business Process Owners to understand, assess, and document functional requirements for needed reports and the data required for those reports; Experience working with report developers and data modelers in communicating these needs for their work; Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Education, or other related field; Preferred: Experience working with process flow diagramming techniques Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; Analyzes business partners operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions; Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications; Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business; Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation; Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprises competitive edge.
