Should have hands in Unix Scripting and commands; Able to write complex queries in Oracle PL/SQL or any database Experience in PROD support - WorkOrders/Incidents/Change requests management; ITSM/ITIL Process and Tools Experience supporting APIs and Cloud technologies Experience in monitoring/alerting tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace, Grafana Experience with performing data analysis, data observability, data ingestion and data integration. Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive. Ability to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks. Interest analyzing, monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. Appetite for change and pushing the boundaries of what can be done with automation. Good Handle on Change Management and Release Management aspects of Software. What could set you apart Strong MongoDB, Big Data, Oracle and SQL Server Experience. SQL tuning experience. Strong Automation experience Strong Data Observability Experience. Operations experience in supporting highly scalable systems.
