| Hi Vendors. Please share profiles for this position What Youll Do: - Work on technical aspects of the ServiceNow application integrating with other internal uber business solutions and interfaces. - This role involves configuring, developing, implementing and troubleshooting out of box features and custom features in the servicenow platform - Support all technical aspects and tool solution delivery, including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, scripting, API, and system integration of ServiceNow with other business applications (e.g.,Jira, Internal PtP Systems, Active Directory, SSO, automated system monitoring tools, etc.) - Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services - Need to work independently with our Developers (peer development teams working on integration development with servicenow team ) . - Initiate and Collaborate with product stakeholders to understand the requirement , interface with non-IT customers and IT SMEs, analyze and provide solutions to meet business requirements and to technical problems Basic Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience - 4 to 6 years in ServiceNow configuration and development experience Servicenow Certification - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - Demonstrated proficiency with the use and management of APIs and in Servicenow Portal design Preferred Qualifications: -Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment - Significant experience defining solutions, implementing, maintaining, and/or supporting integrated computing environments in an enterprise environment - Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills are necessary to be able to translate technical information to non-technical audiences - Effective organization, collaboration, planning, problem solving, and analytical skills.
