Should be an excellent team player and collaborator and strong ownership of customer issues. Plus: 5 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) 5+ years of experience in application support, incident/case handling, participation in on-call rotation, troubleshooting and admin activities in CRM. Familiar with Microsoft Power Automate, SSIS and SSRS. Minimum 2+ years of experience in CRM Power App Portal online. Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing CRM and Portal online environments.
