Monitor and report on the progress of ARTs, identifying and resolving impediments that hinder the achievement of program objectives. Act as a liaison between the ART and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and Agile teams' deliverables within the SAP domain. Facilitate regular demos and reviews to gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into the development process. Provide coaching and mentoring to teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on SAFe principles, practices, and SAP-specific implementations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within ARTs, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Experienced in designing and managing databases with a strong understanding of database concepts, troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis.
