Customer Lifecycle Reporting: Implement reporting mechanisms to track customer interactions and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle, facilitating informed decision-making. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement across platforms and collaborate with teams to implement improvements, aiming for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including agencies and data teams, to optimize resource utilization for client support and successful campaign outcomes. Project Progress Tracking: Monitor the progress of projects, providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives. Technical Management: Oversee all technical aspects of marketing automation and CRM integration, effectively communicating issues and technical roadblocks. Email Best Practices and Compliance: Stay informed about email best practices, technologies, and trends, ensuring compliance with regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Internal Testing and Industry Best Practices: Monitor internal testing results and industry trends, integrating learnings to optimize email results, deliverability, and compliance. Technical/Functional Skills: Email Marketing Tools: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar CRM tools. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues related to marketing automation and CRM integration. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and think abstractly, finding innovative solutions to challenges. Project Management Tracking Tools: Familiarity with project management tracking tools like ADO, Jira, etc., for effective project management and collaboration. Availability for Urgent Campaigns: Willingness to be available for urgent pull/push campaigns outside regular business hours. Multitasking and Stakeholder Management: Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders effectively in a dynamic business environment. Detail-Oriented and Analytical: Extremely detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills, ensuring thorough QA and project ownership. Understanding of Marketing Practices: Extensive understanding of email marketing, mobile, and web marketing practices, with knowledge of end-to-end campaign management processes. Microsoft Experience: Previous experience working with Microsoft tools is advantageous. Passion for Improvement: Demonstrated passion for driving improvement in the overall customer experience and campaign performance.
