Job Title: Enterprise Data Steward Manager (IBP Data) Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Position Overview: The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Data Steward is responsible for working within the global data governance team and within the IBP program to maintain alignment to the Enterprise Data Governance's (EDG) processes, rules and standards set to ensure data is fit for purpose. This will be achieved through the IBP Data Steward operating as a key point of contact for those creating and consuming material, customer or other data for the global IBP program in North America. Additionally, they will be driving the team to interact directly with key domain and project stakeholders, EDG Leads, Governance Council, IT, other data stewards across the organization and relevant SMEs throughout the organization as necessary. Primary Accountabilities: Lead data source selection, data owner identification, data quality rule definition, data cataloging, and data bug remediation for IBP, which depends on the consumption of supply chain, product, customer and various other types data. Complete cataloging and maintenance of metadata and data quality rules to support the delivery of fit-for-purpose data for IBP. Plan and conduct data quality workshops with stakeholders to ensure that all data requirements are captured to support the success of global IBP. Coordinate with other data stewards, with IBP project team members and with members of the enterprise data pods to ensure that the data needs of IBP are met. Voice opinions around why proposals will or will not work and provide alternative solutions. Accountable for ensuring that data-centric activities are aligned with the Enterprise Data Governance program and leverage applicable data standards, governance processes, and overall best practices. Qualifications: 6+ Strong data management background who understands data, how to ingest data, proper data use / consumption, data quality, and stewardship. 3+ years of functional experience working with the SAP Forecast to Scheduled (FTS) module with understanding of how master data, shipment data, commercial data and finance data all converge to produce a demand and supply forecast. 2+ years of experience working with data in the Material or Customer domain including Supply Chain Planning, associated processes, involved systems and data usage. 2+ years of functional experience working with SAP S/4 HANA. Ability to partner with both business and technical subject matter experts to ensure standardization of operational information and execution of enterprise-wide data governance policies and procedures are defined and implemented. Experience working within both agile and waterfall project methodologies. Experience with the Azure Dev Ops tool is a plus. Skills & Traits: Understanding of operation usage of transactional data as it relates to supply chain planning.
