| From: Ashish, 3b staffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: SAP S/4 Functional Lead Location: Sacramento, CA Hybrid (Partial Remote) Duration: 9 Months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Opportunity Description: This program will be a new S/4 Brownfield migration for a large state agency with an existing large scale ECC solution which includes various components of FIN, SCM and HCM to including Public Sector solutions such as Grants and Funds Management. This will be a 2-release program initially focusing on the Brownfield migration followed by the introduction of ARIBA and SuccessFactors along with expansions to the S/4 base solution. This program is planned for launch in June with a 2-year implementation roadmap. Job Role: For this role the client is looking for a seasoned Functional Lead who can oversee the various FIN, HCM and SCM workstream teams to drive the overall solution as part of the core leadership team. This consultant will maintain and oversee the integrated deliverables required of the functional team across the various phases of the project. Specific prior experience working with SAP Activate Methodology and S/4 Brownfield Business Data Conversion experience required. Additional Qualifications: 3 years work experience as a Functional Lead for SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC and S/4 HANA functional modules relevant to the organization's business processes. Implementing and optimizing SAP solutions 3 years of experience working with business teams through requirements gathering and providing solutions based on SAP's Best Business Practices and customer needs. Experience in a minimum of one (1) brownfield S/4HANA migration. Experience utilizing the SAP Activate Methodology or a closely aligned methodology or relevant SAP certifications in functional modules. Additional experience in a S/4HANA projects, Business Technology Platform (BTP) business solutions, and other IT business service project(s) with SAP products.
