Data Technical Lead About our Technical Advisory Services (TAS) Team Technical Advisory Services in the areas of enterprise architecture, application & web development, data management, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, and technical program/project delivery. Our TAS team is known to clients for providing thought leaders and technology experts to help them solve their most complex technology needs. Role and Responsibilities . The Data Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful Salesforce implementation project. You will lead a team of two individuals and be responsible for all data migration, implementation, and testing deliverables. Includes overseeing the team activities and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with ISGs client, implementation partner, and internal teams to manage SDLC and DevOps processes, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and OCIO policies. Key responsibilities include: Technical Leadership: Manage a team of two individuals, including data migration specialists and QA testers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive project success. Lead the technical aspects of the Salesforce implementation project, overseeing all data-related activities and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Deliverables include data migration plan, schedule and hypercare; data management overview; future state data model and data dictionary; system integration plan; and data verification and testing approach. Testing deliverables include UAT test scripts, traceability documentation, UAT and testing debrief facilitation, and defect management reporting. Client and Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with our client, implementation partner, and internal teams to manage SDLC and DevOps processes, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with Agile methodologies. Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns related to data migration, architecture, and compliance with OCIO policies. Technical Architecture: Support the development of general technical architecture and data architecture solutions to meet project requirements, particularly focusing on historical data migration. Leverage your expertise in Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, SQL, and cybersecurity (NIST) to design robust and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our client and comply with industry standards. Required Qualifications : Proven experience leading data migration & testing deliverables for system migrations and implementations. Strong experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, SQL, and cybersecurity (NIST), with a proven track record of successful implementations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Effective team leadership skills, removing obstacles, prioritizing work, and aligning deliverables to the overall project goal(s). Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with Washington State Government regulations and standards. Location : Our teams work from the location of their choice most of the time. There are times that employees will be on site as required by our clients (Washington state) when they are not collaborating and delivering virtually. We do expect our teams will be able to work our clients core business hours of 8am 5pm PST.
