The program manager in this role will be instrumental in executing the program roadmap, implementing scale-up efforts, and overall program tracking and governance support. Specifically, this program manager will:i. Support with day-to-day scale-up activities, tracking overall progress, timeline management, and proactively identifying risks and escalating if necessaryii. Execute on the implementation roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders who are driving the adoption of new ways of working in their areasiii. Actively maintain program artifact library and key artifact templates in addition to updating the operating model playbook on an ongoing-basis to account for new processes, best practices and learnings from rolling adoptioniv. Create roadshow materials, coordinating and drafting communications, and produce executive presentation materialsv.
