Having Good support experience ( L2 & L3) Analysis and resolving escalated incidents. Analyzing and resolving regular incidents. Major System level changes, Re-configuring for resolution, Hot fixes Drills and Rehydration Support Will be doing On-Call support for P1 incidents. Good to Have exposure/ Experience in -- Azure APIM Good exposure of Azure and networking Experience in API versioning & API Security.
