Expert level knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Request, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal) Understanding of foundation level ITIL version 3 or 4 (certification preferred) Experience with Agile software development methodologies Advanced level knowledge of update sets, code promotion, system clones, data preservers and excluded tables Experience managing instances & support tickets through HI Service Portal Experience with Active Directory and Single Sign-On (SSO) Experience in usage of jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks.
