Visa: GC/USC Need stronger profile. SUMMARY This position interacts with internal customers and external vendors to identify and propose solutions for accomplishing business objectives. This role contributes to the organizations overall success by supporting, administering and maintaining Salesforce.com, reporting tools and system integrations as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Development experience in SQL, Apex, Visual Force, C+, C#, JavaScript, Visual Basic, XML or other equivalent programming language. Design, develop and maintain integrations based on API and XML frameworks to allow for consumption of data from external sources. Provide consultation and solutions to members of the management team and business partners regarding application capabilities and functionality. Work with the application teammates to design, develop and deliver new or improved functionality. Maintain user access privileges in accordance with policy and Sarbannes/Oxley. Provide Level 2 technical support for all related application issues. Define and document integration standards to ensure a repeatable and scalable model. Use independent judgment and decision making to perform work that affects business operations and financial well-being. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
