Good troubleshooting and Configuration experience in CyberArk. Should have 2-3 years of development experience on any programming language (JAVA, VB, VB.Net, ASP, JSP) Should have good experience of BAU support processes like incident/problem management, SLA management, change management, knowledge transition and documentation.
