Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of Software Development experience with C#/.NET, Angular , SQL Server, Mongo DB, Web design (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), Azure DevOps. Assist the Client with rewriting multiple applications from JAVA to .NET Work with Business Analyst to understand requirements and use cases to create code Duration: 1 year with possible 2nd year extension Experience Required: Full Stack Development - 5+ years C#.NET - 5+ years Angular - 5+ years MongoDB - 5+ years Web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - 5+years SQL Server - 5+ years Azure DevOps - 5+ years Agile framework - 5+ years Experience converting JAVA application to .NET Preferred Project Scope: Westinghouse recently purchased a company in Spain. Many of the applications they inherited are antiquated and have to be rewritten. 4 applications written in JAVA 6/7/8 have to be rewritten in C#.NET. The Westinghouse development team includes 2 developers that are jr. level (who sit in Poland) and 1 mid-level (also in Poland but returning to the US in 2025). Westinghouse is looking for 2-3 sr. software developers to work with their jr.level developers to write the applications. BAs will gather the requirements and user stories. This position is pretty much heads down coding from the ground up. Templates will be provided. The applications are not terribly complex.
