(Contract) Role: - Enterprise Architect - HCM Integration Specialist Location: Pleasanton, CA Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Requirements: 10+ years of experience in HCM integration architecture. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform. Strong expertise in data extraction, transformation, and integration designs. In-depth understanding of HCM functional areas, with a focus on absence and time & labor modules. Experience with SaaS HCM solutions, particularly Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud. Familiarity with Application Integration Architecture principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Desirable Skills: Certifications or training in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform. Prior experience with TCS or similar consulting firms. Knowledge of other HCM systems and platforms. Experience in project management or leadership roles.
