Job Role -Windows Platform Support Location-Hybrid in Malvern,PA Visa-NO H1B/OPT/CPT Core Responsibilities 1. Designs, implements, and deploys platforms to support and meet business needs. Identifies opportunities for improvement, escalating as necessary. 2. Monitors and supports multiple technology domains/platforms through the use of monitoring tools and applications. Maintains proficient knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms. 3. Trains and mentors staff and IT project teams, providing guidance and consultation as required. Writes and maintains documentation for the department. 4. Administers Windows systems by actively managing patching, routine maintenance and backups to include the scheduling and execution of related tasks. 5. Provides Tier 2 technical support for Microsoft Windows server, VMware, and physical hardware. Supports Windows-based services such as FTP, Active Directory, file shares. 5. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two years related work experience.
