From: Farha khan, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description -Azure Cloud Architecture ConsultantGreater Philadelphia, PA(Hybrid) Local About the job *******Must be able to be onsite in Greater Philadelphia area 2-3 days a week** As a Cloud Architect/Technical Lead, the potential candidate will work closely with all areas of IT to assist in the architecture, design and build of the cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will need to understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. You will also participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. In addition, you will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities: Experience of Azure, Snowflake. Azure Architecture and Design fundamentals with developing queries on Snowflake. Designing and implementing complex Cloud solutions, with a focus on Azure and Snowflake. Azure architecture, services, and best practices for designing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Deep working knowledge with Azure networking and security Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in using Infrastructure as Code tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform for automating deployment and management of Azure resources. At least one or more of the following databases: Databricks, MS SQL, Azure, Snowflake Implementing security best practices for Azure solutions, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security Planning and executing migrations of on-premises workloads to Azure, including lift-and-shift and re-architecture strategies. Participate in architecture and design session related to cloud strategy Create and update technical documentation. Expertise aligning business objectives with technical solutions for stakeholder requests. The ability to see the big picture and scope requirements to the organizations direction Assist the PMO in driving the successful completion of IT Projects. Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills Awareness of latest technologies and trends Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Preferred Qualifications: Preferred knowledge on financial domain to understand the business requirements. Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies. Experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing and Support of Data. Warehousing and Data Integration Solutions and ETL data pipelines. Relevant Azure Cloud certifications. Relevant Snowflake certifications, e.g., SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced: Architect, SnowPro Advanced: Administrator Experience in optimizing costs for Azure solutions, including resource allocation, utilization monitoring, and implementing cost-saving measures. Experience in designing and implementing robust disaster recovery solutions for Azure-based applications. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring Azure solutions adhere to these standards. Ability to lead and mentor teams, providing technical leadership and guidance. A commitment to staying updated on Azure updates, new features, and industry trends through continuous learning.
