Responsibilities:

Go-getter Attitude

Own the product roadmap end to end including crafting, managing, maintaining, and communicating product features and backlog for technical vision and capabilities.

Driving the product from pilot to nationwide rollout

Drive the end user product research partnering with other research analysts.

Partner with business and internal/external team members to understand current customer experience and identify areas of opportunity,

Formulates hypotheses to A/B test, prototype, or research, continually refining the product until the desired outcomes are achieved

Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify root cause of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact.

Utilize data to drive decisions and track outcomes

Determine customer insights for helping build product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities.

Be Customer Obsessed- Understand customers priorities and be a strong customer representative.

Create and manage product backlog and leads an engineering team to deliver a minimum viable product and subsequent iterations that provides incremental value to the business

Participates in stand-ups, grooming/planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives. Fosters team collaboration, co-creation, and open communication.

Translate product strategy by writing detailed feature and user stories consumable for Dev teams for products.

Feature and story writing/elaboration activities across all Agile Teams throughout execution

Supports sales, marketing, and other partner teams with product or technical knowledge and additional documentation.

Must Have skills:

Product Management

Retail POS Implementation (POS software, Hardware & peripherals)

Integrations with Payments & other enterprise and 3rd party systems

Ex-Convenience Retail experience is a plus( 7 Eleven, Exxon, Buc-ees etc.)

Qualifications:

Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience and education.

Certified Scrum Product Owner

10 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.

Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools. Experience with Jira, Rally, or other sprint tracking system

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present sophisticated technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.
