Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and an understanding of regulatory requirements Manage the decommissioning process for outdated or obsolete assets, ensuring proper disposal or recycling in compliance with relevant regulations. Provide desk-side support Provide the service and support required at the physical location of the desktops or laptops, associated peripherals, and other related equipment to maintain the equipment in good working order and each of the services listed below Roles and Responsibilities table.
