Design of electrical panel(s). Design and PLC programming (configuration of PLC program) on standard equipment/products Lead and perform complex quality checks which require an intricate understanding of the machine control systems and operations Must be local to Kalamazoo area Must have 5+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer Position requires onsite work only in Kalamazoo, MI Must be willing to work occasional weekends Work experience must include: Delta V Foxboro Wonderware platforms Rockwell RSLogix5000 FactoryTalk View Site Edition (SE) and Machine Edition (ME) PanelView Plus PlantPAX Siemens Simatic APT (Siemens TI-505 PLC controller): This work experience is preferred since the PLC is a legacy controller. Pfizer Automation is willing to train in Siemens TI-505 PLCs, providing that that candidate is knowledgeable with Rockwell PLCs Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated utility, processing, filing, inspection, and packaging equipment.
