| Role: Product Manager Location: Bay Area, CA Need only locals NEED ONLY H1B As part of their role on a product team, a successful Product Owner should fulfill the following duties and responsibilities: Experience in developing Data and Analytics driven Insights He expects to see good experience developing data driven insights for B2B Commerce Those with experience working for product companies would have an edge. Experience with leveraging Al for Insights is highly desired . Experience working with AI models to develop Insights is highly desirable Collaborating with prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Defining requirements where the product is a platform. Writing and owning user story definition and providing technical information for the development teams Technical expertise to communicate with the users of the product and the members of the development teams who build the products for the users of the platform. Understanding user needs, personas and explaining the grooming the requirement to development team Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process Liaising with the product team, developers, and end-users to deliver updates. Participating in Scrum meetings, PI Planning, sprint planning Communicate to close gaps between engineering teams and business. Ideal qualifications: Experience as a product owner for a complex system in an agile environment Expertise in owning user story definition, grooming and closing gaps between business and dev teams Technical background, ability to work with cross functional technical teams. Expertise in Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence Experience of SAFe methodology Commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
