As a key member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in auditing, building, and reinforcing their Workato solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Coaching client resources on Workato platform and development best practices. Auditing existing recipes to ensure health and resilience. Translating architectural designs into recipe designs and builds. Documenting current recipes, processes, and best practices. Developing, testing, and deploying recipes adhering to Workato delivery standards. Providing guidance on integration and user acceptance testing best practices. Advising on production deployment procedures. Conducting post-live deployment health checks and offering optimization guidance. Providing comprehensive knowledge transfer to client teams. Demonstrating the effectiveness of Workato in meeting their business automation needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of successful Workato recipe development. 5+ years of technology transformation consulting, including implementation experience with integration or middleware solutions. Workato Automation Pro Level III certification. Experience in solution design, development, and test/release management strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred: Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Rally, SmartSheet, ServiceNow.
