Role: SAP-FSCD Transformation Team Lead Location: Remote Note: This transformation role is going to work with IT in a 2 in a box module (different product owners in each initiative) and working with Finance stakeholders on the various initiatives to gather requirements, understand the business ask and ensure success of each initiative (in line with budget and timelines). Transformation Team Lead: Responsible for planning and delivery of ongoing finance initiatives (ex ERP) and providing effective communication to all stakeholders; Assist with user acceptance testing on ongoing finance projects as required; Prioritization and tracking of finance tickets and liason with Finance and IT to progress tickets; Assist with ongoing monthly maintenance of Blackline Accounts Reconciliation tool and perform quarterly Internal audit controls on Blackline access maintenance; Assist with ongoing process reviews and tracking draft/update process documents across the finance teams globally; Assist with ad hoc finance tasks. Qualified Accountant, Insurance knowledge, project management and transformation experience.
