Handle Production requests/tickets and provide a resolution/fix within the accepted SLA. Create and configure CMOD objects Applications, Application groups and folders, Monitor, Identify and analyze issues in the existing various maintenance processes and provide design solutions to fix the issues. Perform code deployment on all server DEV, QA and PROD. Involve and customer meeting to understand their requirements and propose solutions to implement in CMOD to archive their reports/data. Coordinate with IBM to rise tickets for the issues found with CMOD and its related products. Perform code reviews and unit testing of the developed code. Participate in meetings with IBM and provide design consideration in splitting up CMOD, TSM and DB2 for Online Banking service.
