Client: SCC Business Analyst 4 (733331) Duration: 12months location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid) (Need local to VA) with Valid VA DL copy **local candidates required due to onsite requirement **Candidate selected MUST work onsite 2 days every week, NO exceptions SCC seeks a Business Systems Analyst to work on an inhouse software development project for the Division of Securities and Retail Franchising. This position will be responsible for eliciting functional requirements for the divisions new SERFIS software system that will replace the existing system with a comprehensive work management system.
