| Java Solutions Architect (Hybrid Contract Position) Visa GC/USC only 12+ months Hybrid (MUST do 3 days/week onsite work from Day 1) at Peoria, IL office Local/Driving distance to Peoria, IL only Skills/Experience needed: BS Degree or higher 8+ years of experience in systems analysis and design using Java. Experience working with DevOps & Agile methodologies. 5+ years of recent experience as Solutions Architect and Responsible for analyzing and evaluating user requirements and converting them into business system designs. Assists in the development and implementation of new systems in compliance with organizational standards. Maintains documentation on existing and new systems, including enhancements or modifications. Provides follow-up to ensure success of programs. Experience with Consulting with users to collect information about system needs, objectives, functions and features. Experience with Translating requests into a logical process that includes design, coding, implementation in order to provide completion estimates. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
