Essential Requirements and Responsibilities : Solution Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation and integration of Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, AEM and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to create a seamless digital experience ecosystem. Ensure these solutions work together to collect, analyze, and act upon customer data in real time. Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics to dissect and interpret complex data sets. Develop actionable insights to drive business decisions and personalize user experiences. Personalization and Optimization: Use Adobe Target to design A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns. Optimize digital experiences based on user behavior and predictive analytics. Customer Data Platform: Leverage AEP to unify customer data from online and offline data sources including web, mobile, email (SFMC) into a persistent, unified customer profile that is used across all Adobe solutions to drive consistent, personalized customer experiences across all channels. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Business, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure Adobe solutions are leveraged to their full potential. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to empower stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Deep technical understanding of Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform. Familiarity with Adobe I/O Runtime and Adobe Experience Cloud Web SDKs. Data Analysis and Visualization: Strong skills in data analysis, segmentation, and visualization. Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights. Web Technologies: Solid foundation in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies. Experience with AEM and integrating with different solutions. API Integration: Experience with API integration and customizing Adobe solutions to fit specific business needs. Ability to leverage Adobes APIs for custom data ingestion and extraction processes.
