EA Practice Activities - Documents activities to enhance EA practice and 2. Tailored to Herbalifes Needs - Tailored to meet business & technology roadmap and priorities. The currently identified major work activities are as follows: 1) IT Roadmap - Document the AS-IS IT landscape and create the To-Be architecture landscape 2) Architecture Review Board (ARB) - update the ARB charter and provide recommendations for improvements 3) Technology Governance Board (TGB) - Create TGB charter and support establishment of TGB governance 4) Technology Stack - Gather the existing technology stack (Tech Stack) information and support Tech Stack publishing 5) Reference Architecture Create the reference architecture for Business, Cloud, Application, Integration, and Technology Architecture 6) EA Tool - Provide support to the configuration and EA best practices, including support for the following: i) Technology Reference Model (TRM) ii) Application Portfolio Management (APM) iii) Business Capabilities iv) Business Value Chain v) Others, as applicable and identified.
