While also being able to Communicate well and build good relationships with business leaders to consult with them on technology delivery. Familiarity with a Natural Gas environment or systems would be ideal. Job Description (R&R) : Deep understanding & expertise of cloud native platforms and tooling Expertise in enterprise architecture and ability to define and execute technical strategy across the enterprise. Experienced in new ways of working (including agile processes, cross-functional teaming, customer-focus) Experienced with product development approach & continuous delivery practices. Partners with CIO and IT VPs to understand IT priorities and translate to Tech Platform strategy Translates IT strategies to Tech Platform roadmap; set the prioritization of what work to do when Develops and manages the budget for Tech Platform investments Owns end-to-end execution of the Tech Platform roadmap Manages product teams within the Tech Platform, serving as the single point of contact for the Tech Platform Manages and prioritizes new Tech Platform demands coordinating closely with business Technology Partners to understand foundational IT needs, especially regarding reusable components and capabilities (e.g, APIs) Leadership, people, and teaming skills Strategic and forward looking; innovative mindset; challenges pre-set assumptions and "the way it has always been done". Results-oriented; holds self and others accountable for results. Effective in coordinating and collaborating across departments (business & IT). Credible and well- respected by others in IT.
