As an AX Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, providing expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, and guiding the development team in implementing AX solutions. (Contract) Role: - Technical Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Location: Houston, TX Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Key Responsibilities: Lead technical projects related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Design and implement AX solutions in alignment with business objectives. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM based on client needs. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 CRM technology. Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical development. Strong proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience as a technical lead or similar leadership role. Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and modules. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Desirable Skills: Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., AX, NAV). Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
