Role: Oracle HCM Consultant Location: Sunnyvale, CA- Remote Duration: Long term Client: HCL Job Description Perform full life-cycle development of Oracle Compensation Cloud HCM Applications Perform improvements, production support of Core HCM, Recruiting, ESS, MSS and Compensation modules Configure Annual Compensation Cycles/Plans with multiple components (Pay, Merit, Equity and Bonus)Configure Bonus Cycle/Plan Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and business users.
