Job Title - ServiceNow Developer Location - DFW, Texas (Hybrid Onsite) Client:: Confidential Type - Contract /C2C Minimum Exp ::8yrs Job Description: We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions according to business requirements and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement enhancements. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet specific business needs. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow platform functionality, performance, and configuration. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and stakeholders. Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and development. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes). Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and other integration methods. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
