Please let me know your interest in the below role- SAP Finance Lead Consultant Location: Mostly remote with travel 10% ( once in 4-6 weeks) of the time to one of these potential locations: Dallas, Atlanta, Austin and New York. Start: Immediate Visa- GC AND USC Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, deliver, and lead solution design and delivery for Finance workstream in a multiple-release S/4 HANA Implementation project 2. Closely collaborate with the client to provide direction for overall scope features and capabilities to be delivered 3. Provides leadership and direction to help teams deliver a cohesive product that aligns with business vision 4. Responsible for process standardization and harmonization across multiple geographies 5. Provide guidance to the training team to ensure users are trained to handle all process nuances 6. Drive decisions on behalf of business and IT leads ( including Solution walk thru sessions) 7. Acts as a liaison between business and technical team 8. Brings thought leadership, industry-leading practices, and best practices in the finance area Minimum Qualifications 1. 10+ years in SAP Finance, S/4 HANA full implementation cycle experience required 2. Project management skills and experience in working across functions, multiple sites, and cultures 3. Experience in implementing/ supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, financial accounting, management accounting, fixed assets accounting, intercompany accounting, Project Systems 4. Excellent client management skills 5. Experience in leading onsite and offshore teams (10 + team members) 6. Big four consulting experience preferred 7. Finance domain expertise preferred 8. Willing and able to travel (up to 30%) 9. Proficient English language skills (written and spoken) are a pre-requisite 10. Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills 11.
