Provide Solutions, Design, Development/Support/Maintenance using Mendix 8 and higher versions. Hands-on experience in user interface design and development, focusing on integration patterns (REST/SOAP/WEB-WSDL). Expertise in Mendix internals, Domain Model, Microflows, and Nanoflows for native app development. Strong hands-on experience in Installation, Upgrades, and maintaining Mendix cloud nodes. Ability to resolve production issues and Performance challenges effectively. Good Expertise in implementing BPM solutions for Case Management and process simplification using BPM. Knowledgeable about BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, and Technical Features in Mendix. Experience in designing and developing custom CSS UI Screens, Plugins, and Widgets for Mendix. Proficient in designing integrations based on SOA, facilitating data exchange among different applications. Strong knowledge in SOA, webservices, and BPEL (Business Process Execution language). Experience in developing Business Orchestration interacting with Web services using Mendix. Proficient in using built-in adapters and building customer adapters for SOA-based business integration solutions. Experienced in developing SOA-based business integration/process integration solutions using Web Services, XML, JMS, MQ JMS in jBOSS / Mendix Studio Pro 8.* environment. Skills in CSS, JavaScript, Java Development, responsive UI, HTML5, CSS3, SASS. Database Experience with Oracle/MySQL. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented concepts and design patterns. Exceptional Communication skills. Experience with IBM BPM, Pega, Appian will be beneficial. Certification in Mendix - Advanced Developer / Expert Developer is preferred. Experience Required: 6+ years of experience in BPM and equivalent products like app dev, singanvio, Biazagi, Pega, etc. Expert in Mendix configuration files, Performance fine-tuning, and Monitoring Strategy. Experience with High-Availability, Failover, Disaster Recovery Setup, and Tests. Experience with designing Applications in Mendix for Mobile & Desktop. Implementation of Mendix Application for Clients. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and deliver on business partner goals. Independent as well as a team contributor with good communication and presentation skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Work with project/initiatives team to understand the business requirements. Analyze and identify the impacts on the application/processes. Prepare HLD, LLD documents, and transition the same to offshore resources. Build business solutions using Mendix Integration platform.
