Role : Senior Netsuite Business Analyst Location : Local Houston TX (Only local ) Duration : 2 month project Senior Business Analyst - NetSuite whose mission will be to work with business stakeholders to assist with integrating NetSuite modules such as Planning & Budget, show us how to use Direct Connect to connect to NetSuite tables and use OCR software (like DocuPeak) for invoicing and routing. You will report to the Director of IT. You will be responsible for implementing business process automation, ensuring data integrity, and improving integrations to enable our Finance systems for the next level of growth. As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with our Finance and Accounting teams and cross-functional departments. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Finance leadership to provide front-line support, identify gaps, and bring solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will act as a project manager, business analyst, and implementation engineer for small-to-medium-sized projects and perform necessary day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and configuring NetSuite to support our evolving business models. You will interact with team members across the organization and will be instrumental in furthering the team's mission. The Senior Business Analyst - NetSuite will provide technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and superb business acumen to support and scale Oracle NetSuite and its surrounding application ecosystem. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain system integrations with Oracle NetSuite and our other business systems - focusing primarily on Finance and Accounting business processes Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to identify and execute business objectives Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams Design and deliver creative solutions to solve business problems and challenges Proactively and continuously look out for new features, solutions, and technologies to enable continuous improvement and innovation Facilitate and assist in end user/user acceptance testing and cyclical regression testing of business applications Provide cross-functional trainings within the business applications team Qualifications: 8 + years as NetSuite business systems analyst or implementation consultant Strong knowledge of NetSuite Financials, Budget/Planning Module, Direct Connect, Integrate OCR software for invoicing and integration into NetSuite and Payment Systems Integration Strong knowledge of key financial processes such as Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Revenue Management, Cash Management, Payroll Operations, Costing / Cost Management, Budgeting & Planning, and Month/Quarter/Year-end close process optimization Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills Good understanding of accounting standards and principles Prior experience implementing and maintaining SOX compliance of finance systems and applications (NetSuite, Payroll systems) and providing full support to internal controls team and external auditors Superb ability to translate business processes to Suite Builder, Suite Flows, saved searches and reports Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build positive relationships and to influence a desired outcome Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment BA/BS degree or equivalent work experienc Preferred Skills: Accounting background would be preferred Experience with business application integrations and APIs - such as Dell Boomi, Workato and Suite Talk Regards, Akash Srivastava Technical Recruiter 1 Point System LLC [email protected] D : 803-962-0202 115 Stone Village Drive Suite C Fort Mill, SC 29708 https://www.linkedin.com/in/aakash-shrivastav-68b203189/ -- Keywords: business analyst information technology Alaska South Carolina Texas Senior Netsuite Business Analyst || Only Local to Houston TX || Must experirnce with Netsuite || [email protected] |
