Type : Contract JD: Must have skills OIM IAM SME Job Details: Gather requirements, assess and understand customer As Is Oracle Identity Management system and prepare system understanding, To-Be Process Definition and SRS documents. Review business requirements, perform feasibility study to identify requirements that can be Implemented using IDAM processes and prepare a requirements traceability matrix document. Work with client business, onboarding applications teams and understand the impact on their present processes. Evaluate and identify the best industry standard solution which is suitable for customer present and future requirements, fulfill the existing gaps, scalable, robust, easy to use and maintainable further with low cost. Lead and prepare low level architectural design solutions, evaluate and finalize a robust and cost effective solution which meets all the requirements and no impact on dependent applications. Design High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures for IDAM. Identify the design level flaws and gaps in existing system and fix it. Prepare artifacts for data flow design diagrams with all use case diagrams which covers data modeling between IDAM and target applications. Prepare an implementation plan based on that develop new code and configure/ customize the product as per the approved low level and data flow designs. Perform data migration impact analysis and identify the solutions in new system. Develop new custom connectors. Prepare a comprehensive deployment plan with all instructions to create IDAM packages, supported files, jar files to deploy the same in Tomcat with back out plan. Prepare a detailed deployment/ cut over plan with perfect go-live strategy which covers all the teams and all other dependent impacting (source and target) applications teams activities. Co-ordinate with Change management team and implement the change requests. After go-live, periodically review the system processes, quality of system results and update the weekly, monthly quarterly status reports to customer stake holders. Explore and develop POCs and demonstrate the suggested solutions and gain customer confidence. Articulate Problem definition, problem analysis, solution and document it clearly. Provide regular status updates to customer and technically lead the entire program to supervise, direct, implement and deliver the activities of entire team. |
