We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a robust background in capital markets and finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payments and liquidity management along with a strong understanding of risk and control principles. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering requirements to support the growth of our business while fostering a culture of excellence in business analysis. Additionally, they will be responsible for nurturing junior talent and establishing a center of business analysis excellence within our organization. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to capital markets, liquidity management, treasury operations, and cash management. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications. Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet business objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements and risk management standards. Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend optimal solutions. Risk and Control Oversight: Apply a risk and control mindset to all aspects of business analysis activities. Identify potential risks and control gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement appropriate mitigation measures. Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize resource utilization. Lead initiatives to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence. Talent Development: Mentor and coach junior business analysts to support their professional growth and development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) preferred. Proven experience as a business analyst in capital markets and finance, with a focus on liquidity management, treasury operations, and cash management. Strong understanding of financial products, market instruments, and regulatory requirements in the capital markets domain. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality business requirements and functional specifications in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
