| **Very Urgent Requirement** Application Production Support Location: Charlotte, NC & Phoenix, AZ Detail JD: 4+ years of experience in Application Production Support in Unix / Microsoft platform. Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Premetheus Good experience in AutoSys / batch / control- M or any scheduling mechanism. Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etc Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable) Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues. Good experience in scripting / Automations Well versed with ITIL - Incident Change Release management Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies - Apache Tomcat Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Unix, Windows, MW, Database Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
