Role: Adobe Marketo Architect Location: Minneapolis, MN/ Phoenix, AZ(Day 1 Onsite) Job Description: Marketo Channels & Statuses Align existing administrative settings with Marketo-provided Gold Standard best practices for Marketo. Admin levels changes, review and update channel setup in line with best practices, advise on SFDC campaign updates, review and update tagging structure, review and update program naming conventions, implement program templates. Delivered at Admin level with program templates and within individual Workspaces being updated. Marketo Form Consolidation In preparation for workspace migration, a form audit will be delivered across all Marketo Workspaces. Recommendations for optimization of current global forms will be delivered. Forms will be addressed during the workspace migration/consolidation with required QA, testing, and approvals. Marketo Workspace and Partition Consolidation Consolidate active workspaces to the following: Default, Operational, BMS, Security, HBS, FIRE, will be the final workspaces and any remaining will be considered archived. Establish standardized folder structure in all workspaces. Marketo and SFDC Sync Refinement Consult on data cleanliness, introduce best practice data normalization programs, and create a data dictionary. Marketo Global Lead Scoring Implement (1) global lead scoring program for operational workspace. Due to workspace limitations in Marketo, this scoring program implementation does not include lead scoring for form fills or programs, and scoring program implementation is limited to only the activity of a leadGDPR Global Privacy and Compliance Global Privacy and Compliance implementation in operational workspace (including all data). Excludes Preference Center implementation. For the avoidance of doubt, Supplier is not providing Honeywell with legal advice. All legal decisions, including those around privacy compliance are decisions that rest solely with Honeywell. CPP Tier Segmentation (Smart Lists) - Create standard segmentations for Division/GBE and Country. Create global Smart Lists for other common requirementsDynamic Content Leverage dynamic content for header/footer snippets and introduce program templates. Update program templates as per standardized smart list criteria, channels, statuses, and tags. Reporting Enhancements Implement Marketo-provided Gold Standard reporting in Marketos Advanced Report Builder application and based on industry best practice. Lead Source Tracking Implement global sourcing program, review, and update program templates for acquisition program. Perform quality control on person source and acquisition program fields. Verify program templates include acquisition program steps.Design Studio Cleanup Update and enforce folder structure, archive old folders and assets. Set naming conventions and create documentation moving forward.
